FAQ + SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING COSTS:
We ship all orders in 3-10 business days (up to two weeks) . You will receive a confirmation email once shipped with tracking provided. We work with a handful of local suppliers (listed below) who ship our orders directly to our customers, most ship within 3 business days. This means that if you have any items in your cart from the brands listed below, you will receive your order in multiple shipments and be charged shipping from each brand. If you would like to lower total shipping cost, you can remove one/any of the brands listed below to see shipping change.
Mebie Baby - $4 flat rate shipping
Rebel Bro - $3.50 flat rate shipping
Forever French - $4.00 flat rate shipping
Saved by Grace - $4 flat rate shipping (TWO WEEK PROCESSING TIME)
Lucky Panda Kids - $4 flat rate shipping
Young + Rad - $4 flat rate shipping
Dream Big Little Co - $4.00

EXAMPLE: If you have 4 items from Rebel Bro, you will only be charged a $4.50 flat rate. If you have 4 items but all for different brands listed above, you will be charged each brands flat rate shipping.

Processing time for 97 Design Co: 1-7 business days
Processing time for Mebie Baby : 1-5 business days
Processing time for Saved by Grace: 10 business days (two weeks total)
Processing time for Shore Baby Co: 1-3 business days
Processing time for Worn Wild: 7 business days
Processing time for Lucky Panda Kids: 2-5 business days
Processing time for Blush Lotus: 2-5 business days
Processing time for Young + Rad: 2-5 business days
Processing time for Forever French 2-5 business days
Please ensure correct shipping info, as once the order is placed we CAN NOT change the shipping address. If the incorrect address was used, we will need to cancel the entire order and resubmit as long as the items have not shipped yet. If items have shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to redirect the package to the correct address. Once an order has shipped, Worn Wild is not responsible for any items that have been shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
All purchases/orders are shipped via USPS First Class, FedEX or UPS with tracking provided.
Returns:
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to process your return. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted to return balance owed. Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return via gift card. We do not process returns to original form of payment.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
